“ Absolutely amazing! Went out for dinner on a warm fall evening and we were able to snag one of the best outdoor seats over viewing their pond. Absolutely beautiful scenary and got to watch some ducks swim in the pond! The large pretzel and cheese sauce as an appetizer was to die for! Their Jack-O-Apple Mule was amazing for a starting cocktail. (their seasonal cocktail menu is amazing,.. Be it on the sweet side which is fine for me) My main I had a chicken and waffle dish which was also amazing! The maple sauce and a hint of spicy was amazing and adding Mac and cheese with it was spot on! Ended the night with a S'mores Old fashioned which was unique with its toasted marshmallows giving it a nice smokey taste couples with chocolate. Staff were all super super friendly and all food came out nice and quick despite being pretty busy. Great experience! Will be back again soon! ”
“ I had been REALLY wanting to go to this restaurant since our favorite Chef Dunkin had started working here and it finally happened! Wowza. I’d love to speak about every dish at the table because I had a taste of everything! My prized favorites were the fried Brussel sprouts appetizer ( no one should eat here with ordering it ) the Calamari appetizer and also the Shrimp and Scallops Risotto as my main dish off the regular menu. It was completely decadent . I ordered a S’mores Bread Pudding to take home which was an hour away and it was hard not to open that box while driving but it was worth its weight in gold ...(to wait) because it was clearly made with love and so I shared it at home. How they got it to taste JUST like a s’more!!! Everyone was quite impressed! I cannot wait to go back again. 5 stars is not enuf. A fantastic experience. ”

Wood plank salmon was delicious with a great char on the outside and moist on the inside. Both food items were served very hot. 100% would return to the Greenhouse Tavern. ”
“ Living in West Hartford, there are so many dining options, but we wanted to try something off the beaten path. Greenhouse Tavern was the perfect choice for dinner! The food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They also had live music which was a plus. We will be back to try their brunch ”
“ Greenhouse Tavern had been on my restaurant bucket list for a while, so we finally visited for Father’s Day brunch! Even though it was a chillier day for June, we still enjoyed sitting in the greenhouse and taking in the beautiful views of the grounds. The jazz band was the perfect background ambiance, and all of the food was tasty. I was excited to see a Dutch baby on the menu because you don’t often find them around here! Definitely a fun place for a change of pace. Great drinks and our server was friendly too. ”

“ They have good options here. We got kids french toast sticks which were simple and tasty. Steak Benedict was good but light on the steak. Apple empanadas were a special, they were too hard to eat. The atmosphere and service is really great here. ”
